Coach Lamb is in his 5th year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Limestone College, where he oversees the college 22 varsity athletic programs. Coach Lamb is directly responsible for designing and implementing training plans for the men's and women's lacrosse, baseball, softball, women's soccer, volleyball, golf and swimming programs.

As the head of the Limestone strength and conditioning program, Coach Lamb has helped the Saints men's and women's lacrosse programs to a combined four year record of 106-28, 8 conference titles, and 7 NCAA Division II Final Four Appearances.

Lamb received a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports sciences from Iowa State University. He earned a master's degree in exercise and sports sciences from Central Missouri State University.

Accomplishments/Championships as Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for Limestone College:

3 NCAA Division II National Championship Titles: Wrestling, 184 lb weight class (2008), Men's Swimming 200 meter Freestyle Relay (2008 & 2009), Men's Swimming 50 meter Freestyle (2009)

12 NCAA Division II National Championship Tournament Appearances: Men's Lacrosse (4), Women's Lacrosse (3), Men's Swimming and Diving (2), Men's Soccer (2), Men's Tennis (1)

12 Conference Championships: Men's Lacrosse (4), Women's Lacrosse (4), Softball (1), Women's Volleyball (1), Men's Soccer (1), Women's Track and Field (1).

2006 Most Improved Program in NCAA Division II Men's Soccer

2 professional draft selections: Kevin Pucetus (San Francisco Giants, 2006) -- Major League Baseball Justin Haworth (Minnesota Swarm, 2008) -- Major League Lacrosse
